Our Story
With a background in software programming and development as well as management and telecoms, MD Simon Isherwood founded Sitec IT in 2004. He realised that small businesses weren’t getting the IT services and support that they needed. In fact often small businesses had no one they trusted that they could turn to for help.
The aim when we started was to provide a consistent, reliable, trustworthy and skilled IT service and this remains our approach to this day.

Over the years Sitec IT has grown but we continue to cherish our strong family values and our personal approach. Small businesses are our priority, as is helping you to run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Your IT should tick along nicely in the background supporting and enhancing your businesses and the services or products you provide. And that’s what we aim to deliver.
How we go that extra mile
We’ll always provide the technical help that you need but we try and go that little bit further. As well as IT, Simon has a thorough understanding of how businesses work so he’s ideally placed to bring IT and business together in the most cost effective and efficient way. It’s about taking a holistic approach and understanding the bigger picture, the needs of your business, and how it works (rather than just looking for a short term solution). And it’s that approach that means Sitec IT can go above and beyond.
